There is a "Sync Movies" button at the very top, and below that are some checkbox settings that let you specify which movies you want to sync. Whatever you specify there gets synchronized with the iPad the next time you start a sync. At the bottom-right corner of the window is a "Sync" button that starts synchronizing your iPad with the computer. If you don't start a sync, no sync happens (unless you have iTunes configured to start them automatically the next time you connect the USB cable to the computer). > The movie icon then appeared in the iPad box What "iPad box"? > but it never made it to the iPad proper. Did you actually synchronize the iPad with the computer? If not, that's why. > The Mac was on line and so was the iPad. It's pretty simple. Connect the iPad, specify which movies you want to sync, then start a sync. The movie should then appear on the iPad. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR
