No, the initial suggestion was to *try* to use Spotlight in an attempt
to see if the particular commands the OP was interested in issuing
would work that way. Nobody here suggested that it would absolutely work
for every command that might be issued.

I never claimed that. And I'm not surprised that's how you want to spin
