Have you not had the pleasure of updating Windows 8 to 8.1? Can't 
remember of that is 3.6 or 3.9 GB but somewhere round that.

(Sure we can argue or discuss what constitutes an app, but it's not as 
if that update is a film, hours of music, or other media.)
