Don't google.  google is a piece of shit these days.  Seriously.

Agreed, they don't.  Most Windows users are too stupid to do much beyond 
turning the computer on, logging in and opening a browser, Teams or Slack.  
Even Word can be challenging for them, while Excel will make their heads 
spin right off their shoulders.

But they be experts on Facebook, TikTok and Instagram.
