Jim If its lighter than the water it displaces it will come up. Put your money where your mouth is.I have a boat that can hold 5 people.It looks nice,and took 4 hours to build for 73 bucks.I also has my invention.Motor that does not stir up water,make any noise and is fun to run.Can steer with it,and turn on a dime. My barrel boat that made full page is Micky Mouse in comparisin  TreBert
