ffmpeg8 and up postprocessing filters (vf=pp) now as different project:

# libpostproc, GPL, maintained by Michael Niedermayer
https://github.com/michaelni/FFmpeg.git libpostproc

https://github.com/michaelni/libpostproc

Important

libpostproc was changed into a source plugin of FFmpeg or rather thats what i
intend to maintain going forward.

From within a recent FFmpeg checkout you should be able to simply run

tools/merge-all-source-plugins tools/source-plugins.txt

and that should merge in libpostproc from:
https://github.com/michaelni/FFmpeg/tree/sourceplugin-libpostproc

after that, if you build that ffmpeg you also build libpostproc and a ffmpeg
that can use that libpostproc automatically
