Here's an even smaller C compiler:

It's subset is a little smaller than Smaller C's, but it has an optimizer
and an own libc. It generates code for the 8086 (full tool chain included),
386, x86-64, and ARMv6. The runtime code has been ported to FreeBSD, Linux,
NetBSD, OpenBSD, Darwin, DOS, and Windows.

I am working on it on and off.
