(Or force-quit the program as I did.) It was probably a JavaScript dialog, and probably came from an ad server that the web-based email host she was using displayed on their page. AdBlock for Safari probably would have blocked it. -- E-mail sent to this address may be devoured by my ravenous SPAM filter. I often ignore posts from Google. Use a real news client instead. JR
