Hi: Christoph:

    I do all my prelim building/testing with IE8, then I do final checking 
with IE9, IE10, Chrome, and FF)

    With IE8, I cannot get console.log to work (i.e., window.console == 
'undefined').  So, I've never been able to get it working on my IE8, and 
I've never seen it in action either.

    Is there a way for it to be used on IE8 ??
