Plasmania, self-booting and hard-disk installable version, is awaiting moderation on Asimov.  This one plays the speech before each game, just like the real one.  It also stays within 48kb, just like the real one.  That means some disk activity to reload the speech each time, but that's also just like the real one. ;-)
I intended to make the sound file optional, but I can't replace the file that I just uploaded.
