Count 1 – Guilty: Making a false police report he was the victim

Smollett is his own worst enemy.  He lied to the media, he lied 
to his employer and friends, he lied to the cops, he lied to the 
DA, he lied to his lawyer, then he got on the stand and lied to 
the jury and judge.

He needs to do 3-5 years in Menard and come to terms with his 
chronic dishonesty.
