Hehe.  That could be read as "the requirement to have a British TV 
license is illegal" :-)

Whatever, the requirement to have a TV licence for live telly only 
applies to UK residents.

What does annoy me is when the BBC put a video on their news website and 
stick adverts in front for foreign non-UK IP addresses, but only after 
you have watched the advert do they tell you that the video content is 
restricted.  They can't have it both ways.
