Seriously, people have exercised without tracking and smart watches since time immemorial, and I see no reason for why we should stop now. If you absolutely need tracking, then set a time limit. Go jogging for 20 minutes or 30, and that's it. Your body will take care of the rest. If you're really into data, a bathroom scale will allow you to follow your progress nicely.
