The EU has domination problems. It's similar to the problems the US had before the Constitution was written. Big states started bullying little states. Groups within states started civil wars. The EU hasn't gone through the organizational experiments the US did after the Revolutionary War. If the current EU's arrangement is strong, things will work themselves out. Otherwise, the EU will have to go through a constitutional process again just like the US had to do. By "strong" I do not mean a strong country like France or Germany, dominating the other countries. The people who head that central control will focus on money, not security, because they can point at NATO (the USA) when things get fucked up to the point of fighting. Russia is reverting back to Cold War days with their attitude. The continent is being deluged by people because of Middle East and African conflicts. There is a religious war going on which Europe is not capable of handling well. China is mixing into the messes and North Korea is an unknown which smells of a trigger to me. /BAH
