The goal is to preserve the knowledge.  If the Smithsonian can only
handle 1 box/week, sending them more will only piss them off,
overwhelm their setup and lose the information.

How much does it cost to ship one box?  Is there a commuter
who goes from Louis' area to D.C. (e.g., Congressman)?
