Bisecting would probably be useful. Might be useful to test a newer
upstream kernel first. There is 7.2.6 in the Debian archive.

Please tell if you need instructions for a bisection.
(https://bugs.debian.org/1147177 contains such an instruction that
should be easily adaptable for your situation.)
