Hi Maxim,

Debian 11 (Bullseye) reached end of life on August 31, see this
announcment: https://www.debian.org/News/2026/20260831

As the news said, parf of the packages are available with ELTS,
you can read about ELTS here: https://wiki.debian.org/LTS/Extended
