Hello,

in May 2026 Debian is once again participating as a mentoring organization in
Outreachy:
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2026/02/msg00007.html

Would anyone in the Kernel team be interested in proposing a project? As
an example of past proposals, see:
https://wiki.debian.org/Outreachy/Round15/Projects.

The Outreach team is available for help in drafting proposals, email
outreach@debian.org or find us on the #debian-outreach IRC channel.

March 7 at 4pm UTC is the deadline for Debian mentors to submit
Outreachy projects, so in case of interest please do not wait.

Thanks,
  ema
