Just like I've been telling you for at least the last two years.  
Implementing all this happy horseshit that you keep harping on is NOT 
economically feasible.  We're about to dive into another recession, and 
adding fuel to that fire would be political and economic suicide.  Learn 
to live with global warming (if it really exists) because we're locked 
into a fossil fuel-based economy for the near future.  Nobody is going to 
tolerate your bullshit "carbon tax" ideas.
