Hmm, I thought that was the Euro cent symbol, I thought the US one was 
just a small c. Oh well, I am not an American, therefore not expected to 
recognise the US cent symbol :-)

FWIW the WinAnsiEncoding and PDFDocEncoding both include a Euro symbol.
