This module provides DOM event delegation, allowing users to handle
events on elements that may not yet exist in the DOM.
It is:
   * modern: ES2022, TypeScript, Edge 16+
   * idempotent: identical listeners aren't added multiple times,
     just like the native addEventListener
   * supports AbortSignal

This package is a dependency for the swup page transition library,
which in turn is a new dependency for the elixir-ex-doc document
generator. It is an improved and maintained fork of the abandoned
delegate [1] module (it is also not packaged for Debian).

I will maintain this package myself.
