Actually Harlow exaggerates.
Fossil DNA is found in broken pieces that one sequences and then you
have to sort of "guess" how the pieces went together. You don't exactly
"successfully sequence" old DNA.
On the other hand, I fully support the idea of spending tax money on
building an adult science Jurassic Park. Breeding Raptors is so much
better than wasting billions hunting for Higgs or gravity waves!
