Dear Maintainer,

I have been using Debian testing with XFCE4 recently, and I found that after
switching to other languages (such as Chinese) using the "dpkg-reconfigure
locales" command, the input method becomes invalid (both Fcitx5 and iBus fail).
I don't know if you have found this bug, I hope you can fix it!
