-------- Forwarded Message -------- From: Maximilian Stein <m@steiny.biz> To: Ben Hutchings <ben@decadent.org.uk>, 1108250@bugs.debian.org Subject: Re: firmware-intel-graphics: i915 timeout errors after firmware upgrade Date: 11/07/25 12:49:43 Message-Id: <ab7d5c2c-4c43-428b-8b87-c9f1c6bf6b52@steiny.biz> Hi Ben, Thanks for reaching out. It appears that the bug has been gone with a kernel upgrade to 6.12.32+bpo-amd64 (and firmware-intel-graphics on 20250410-2~bpo12+1). Its running on the newer kernel/firmware for several days now without any issues. So, it was probably a kernel issue (although I don't know why downgrading the firmware package had worked, too). So, I guess we can close the issue.
