didier@hp-notebook14:~$ apt-file search init.d/brightness
initscripts: /etc/init.d/brightness
didier@hp-notebook14:~$ apt-file search init.d/hwclock
util-linux-extra: /etc/init.d/hwclock.sh

for the others, searching that way would possibly give you the needed 
answers
