Dear Maintainer,

Debian CI reports autopkgtest regression in orthanc[1] with the
following output:

	 42s Starting orthanc (via systemctl): orthanc.service.
	 42s Orthanc is active.

	 42s run-test             FAIL non-zero exit status 7

I have not yet dug further to investigate the issue in details.
I don't exclude entanglement with recent upload of dcmtk might
require some changes or unblock request on this side too.
