I wanted to file a bug upstream, but then realized that it might be solved already with newer rleases, and I then worked on getting the package up-to-date instead. This bug was filed for oxigraph 0.4.1. I have not yet tested myself, but if perhaps you could try yourself if the bug persists with oxigraph 0.4.4 now in Debian, or if the bug is already solved.
