Source: glibmm2.68 Version: 2.78.1-2 Severity: serious X-Debbugs-Cc: sramacher@debian.org, vorlon@debian.org Thank you for uploading the changes required for time_t transition. Unfortunately, the upload missed adding dpkg-dev (>= 1.22.5) to Build-Depends. Hence, the package was built with an old version of dpkg not enabling the changes for the time_t transition.
