Can you try whether this issue is also present with kernel version 
linux-image-6.1.0-16-amd64? If you no longer have it, you can find here:
https://snapshot.debian.org/package/linux-signed-amd64/6.1.67%2B1/

If so, it may be the same as bug #1058890
