Neither does the congressman. Simple logic tells one that there is likely nothing of import on that phone. Note that the perps very thoroughly destroyed their personal phones. The phone in this case is one of the perps county-issued phones - it's highly unlikely that the perp would have used it for anything other than company business (given the destruction of his personal phone). It's clear this is intended to set a precedent.
