Upstream commit c5006abb80e2 ("kbuild: Unify options for BTF
generation for vmlinux and modules") was as well backported in the
last rounds to 5.10.151, so yes we need the same fix for bullseye as
well.

Have added it to the bullseye branch for the next upload.
