python3-pyqt5.qsci is not installable which causes issues for its rdeps like qgis which needs to be removed to upgrade the qscintilla2 packages:
The following packages will be REMOVED:
python3-pyqt5.qsci python3-pyqt6 python3-qgis qgis qgis-plugin-grass
It is impossible to install python3-pyqt5.qsci currently:

python3-pyqt6 is not installable due to the qt6baseabi-6.4.2 transition:

python3-pyqt6 gets added to the python3-pyqt5.qsci Depends via ${python3:Depends}:
