Is the ben file wrong? Please clarify The benfile is incomplete. phodav had an API bump when it switched to libsoup3. spice-gtk also uses libsoup and did not have its soname bumped. It's not possible for apps to link against both libsoup2.4 and libsoup3. Therefore, we need to update spice-gtk to libsoup3. We also need to update libosinfo to libsoup3 since gnome-boxes and virt-manager link against both spice-gtk and libosinfo. Without a soname bump, I don't know how to make an easy ben file for this transition but I need to do sourceful uploads for all these packages anyway (except for remmina which has already been taken care of).
