Might 150000 be a typographical error too? ;-) On my machine...

# cat /proc/sys/vm/watermark_boost_factor 
15000

Which matches the default in the kernel source code [1] and 'git blame'
shows that line hasn't been changed since the original commit in 2018
[2]
