I try update and upgrade the package with the tool APT but get the
following error:

*apt-get update*
Err:10 http://apt.postgresql.org/pub/repos/apt buster-pgdg InRelease

está disponible: NO_PUBKEY 7FCC7D46ACCC4CF8
