Because the way you describe this (at least now) can be caused by many
and many more things. So to at least be able to do some diagnostics, it
would be nice to get information on your computer. And I ain't talking
about it's description from a website.
You are asking for help, so don't ask us to do all of it. You gave us a
link, what's so much to ask that you write it yourself.
There could be more than one configuration (and probably is) for this
computer....

I've sent you a link, maybe you shall give it a look, you'll understand
a bit more.
