Been selling on ebay for 20 years, having been made redundant have 
decided to make it my living now, so switched my account to a business one.

Sold a Dell Laptop that I fully checked over, set up with a fresh 
install of Windows 10, listed the spec including the 256Gb SSD brand, 
photographed it with the Windows 10 language screen displayed on the 
listing, put the serial number as a note on the listing.

It sells the same day, buyer has 900+ feedback, sent yesterday by UPS.

Buyer calls today, says there's no SSD in it. I explain there's a 
picture of it with Win 10 running, but he's adamant. He works in IT, so 
had the back off to check it.

 From his friendly tone he was fishing for a reduction, "I'm gutted, 
really wanted this model" etc. but I said he'd have to log a return, 
which he has done, auto approved in line with returns policy.

Quite clearly I've been done over here. Is this is how it's to be as a 
business seller?
