Bug#993864: ITP: taskserver -- taskwarrior synchronisation server

Hi Sergio

Note that there is already `taskd` in the archive (former name of
taskserver). It's not been uploaded for a number of years and I believed
that it was dead upstream (and I had lost interest in using it). If
you're interested you could either take over that package (and introduce
a new binary name), or I can rm it in favour of taskserver.
