Exactly. I have seen Carroll specifically calling on them to support his
nonsense. He did much the same with Sandman, Wally, and Tim Adams in COLA -
calling on the weak minded to help his "cause". Just weird. In COLA he was a
bit more subtle and less directly aggressive with his attacks. He is simply
losing it... and his weak-minded followers are feeding his problems.
