If it ever was a hot seller, though, you better believe venders would add
some... why not?  One of the things I like about Macs is while there is the
Apple logo, there are no Intel logos and speaker company logos and OS logos
and ... well, and no crapware.  With Linux, there is no reason to think OEMs
would not add all that stuff.

Except that only works with desktop Linux being, essentially, a failure in
the market.

I would like to see where they get paid.  How much?  Or is this all
speculation?
