Dear Maintainer,
After update/upgrade on 2020-12-28 
1) I cannot anymore  upload program in Arduino uno card
2) I cannot use my Microsoft Basic Optical Mouse
3) Same behvior appears on USB Debian Buster  system with 
kernel vmlinuz-4.19.0-13-686-pae, running on the same machine.
Also after update/upgrade
4)Maybe this bug would be reported only for the ohci-hcd module ?

It is possible to resolve this by a boot command line :
BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/vmlinuz-4.9.0-14-686-pae root=UUID=0d520732-a5cf-41c8-a415-35229e7072b5 ro noresume  ohci-hcd.distrust_firmware=0

in the file 
/usr/share/doc/linux-image-4.9.0-14-686-pae/changelog.Debian.gz 
there is a mention:
usb: ohci: Default to per-port over-current protection
but
/sbin/modinfo ohci-hcd | grep parm
parm:           distrust_firmware:true to distrust firmware power/overcurrent setup (bool)

So I wonder if this  parameter should be  already = 0 in the package itself ?
