Hi, Recently there were 2 issues raised wrt raspi-firmware: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=975943 and https://salsa.debian.org/raspi-team/image-specs/-/issues/37 And (especially) the latter one gave rise to the idea that the problem may be in initramfs-tools(-core) and not in raspi-firmware. In my last comment on the salsa issue, I reported that running 'update- initramfs -u' consistently triggered the issue. My own aptitude log showed that together with the raspi-firmware issue, I also had a kernel upgrade (to 5.9.0-3-arm64), which triggered the initramfs to be updated. But that's about as far as my 'debugging' skills wrt this issue reach. Can someone with more knowledge than I have of initramfs-tools add some additional insights into the problem? TIA, Diederik
