It is called SCT Error Recovery Control [1] and could be checked using "smartctl -l scterc /dev/sdX". HDD manufacturers often name their products with this feature as "Pro", "NAS edition", "RAID edition", etc, but it is always necessary to check full specifications for the product in official datasheet.
