Good day,

Looking to upstream issue tracker, the problem has been hit as
well and seems triggered by the update past Scipy 1.5.0.  Here
are the details of the issue, and the fix implemented by zruan:

	https://github.com/biopython/biopython/issues/2993
	https://github.com/biopython/biopython/pull/2998

This test failure will thus most likely be solved with the next
upstream version of biopython.
