Hello Debian Ruby Team,

There is a circular dependency between libruby2.7, rake, ruby and ruby2.7:

libruby2.7 	:Depends: rake (>= 10.4.2)
rake 	:Depends: ruby:any
ruby 	:Depends: ruby2.7
ruby2.7 	:Depends: libruby2.7 (>= 2.7.0~preview1)

Complex circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade, so we
should try to avoid them.
