For "apt source" to work you need to add two lines:

deb     http://approx:9999/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
deb-src http://approx:9999/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free

Just do not run "apt upgrade" and remove these as soon as they aren't
needed anymore.
