Fullerton is a general law city, which means they do not have a city
charter and most of the laws are state laws.

Changing how the city operates is a non-trivial endeavor that takes
a LOT more than an initiative petition.

Current issues in Fullerton are hiring more police and fire fighters,
police oversight, and graffiti.

There is no one there wailing "Think of the children".
