Ordinary claims, require ordinary evidence
Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence
Ridiculous claims can be dismissed in a sense of any evidence.

The claim of gods is ridiculous, and the absence of evidence the claim is
dismissible.

I know some people will say "The absence of evidence is not evidence of
absence", but if one does consider the ridiculousness of the claim then the
absence of evidence is telling.

The ridiculousness of those defending their claim under the burden of proof
clauses using self referencing collection of myths is at best the fallacy
of circular logic, and the fallacy of post hoc declaration.

One can always consider claims falling the burden of proof when fallacy are
used to defend the claim.

Remember the old saying before I'll go searching for evidence about your
claim of a purple invisible unicorn in your lower garden, prove you have a
lower garden 1st.

The theist can not provide any evidence to support a ridiculous claim, then
the claim is dismissible.

This is as bad as the debate over how many angels can dance on the head of
pin. They need to show angels actually exist or the time in discussion is
wasted over a ridiculous claim.

Any ridiculous claim is dismissible. The burden of proof is the
responsibility of the claimant. As a non-theist is is my right to dismiss
the claim under the ridiculous clause.

How would you treat a person making a ridiculous claim like "I can fly by
flapping my arms"?
You dismiss the claim after waiting for the claimant to provide proof or
evidence to support his claim after a short wait of a few seconds.

Ridiculous claims require some evidence to remove

Absences of evidence the ridiculous is dismissible.

So ridiculous claims are dismissible in the absences of any evidence.

Beliefs based on ridiculous claims also dismissible because of the basis of
the belief.

Yep it is me, and Carole believes adding 2+2 can sometimes equal 3 or 5,
and getting wrong answers means you are thinking outside the box.
