If '/' represents selection rather than aggregation, then it 
was probably me. I certainly *wouldn't* implement then 0-based
unless there was an extraordinary reason to do that. I've yet
to encounter such a reason.  Having said that, looking at the
prior replies in this thread, several other people have said
that too, so there's no guarantee it was me. 0-based heaps 
have carbunkles. End of.
