I've said it myself, and at one point I even made sure you agreed with it (though I also added the other half, that a simulation of any halting computation halts). P(P) halts, and a simulation of <P> on input <P> will also halt. H(P,P) == 0 is wrong. It's not even in dispute that you assert that 0 or false or no is the correct answer for some halting computations. It just means you are not talking about the halting problem where 0 or false or no is only correct for non-halting computations.
